About Giselle
I have been passionate about the beauty industry since I was a teenager, and my interest in makeup artistry led me to take a small makeup course with a well-known makeup artist in Danbury, CT at the age of 15. Over the next few years, I continued to learn new skills and gained experience by freelancing on friends and family.
After graduating from Danbury High School in 2018, I was uncertain about which career path to take. I decided to work in local restaurants while figuring out my next steps. Eventually, my love for the beauty industry became too strong to ignore, and in 2022, I graduated from Christine Valmy International School of Esthetics and Cosmetology. I am licensed in both New York and Connecticut.
My education didn't stop there - I continued to expand my knowledge by studying PMU (Permanent Make-Up) with Mish Aesthetics in New York City, where I learned about advanced techniques such as brows mapping, nano blading, ombré powder, and combination permanent makeup.
I created Pure Skin with the goal of helping people achieve their skincare goals and feel confident in their own skin. To achieve this, I use only the highest quality products from well-known brands such as Circadia, Skin Script, Esthemax, Celluma, Laneige, and others.
Continuing education is important to me, as it allows me to provide the best possible service and results for my clients. I am passionate about helping people feel beautiful, both inside and out, and I am excited to see where my journey in the beauty industry takes me.
