No-Show and Late Cancellation Fee Policy

We understand that emergencies happen. However, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of any cancellations so that we can have the chance to fill your appointment time with your stylist. You must give 24 hours notice if you will be unable to make your appointment to avoid any cancellation charges.

  • If you fail to show up and/or are unreachable you will be charged a $25.00 fee.

  • If you fail to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will be charged a $25.00 fee.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to perform service as scheduled you will be charged a $25.00 fee.

  • If you have continuously missed appointments we will require a non-refundable pre-payment of 100% of the service cost for future appointments.

Tardiness

Please be aware, in the event that you are late for your appointment by 10 minutes or more, we can’t guarantee your service will be performed as scheduled. Late arrivals may require rescheduling for another day and a $25.00 fee will be charged per our late cancellation policy. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every guest scheduled that day.

Adjustments

We do not offer refunds or credits on services. We take great pride in our reputation for delivering consistent quality services. If you are dissatisfied with a service you have received for any reason, you may return to the salon for the original stylist to redo the service within 7 days of the original service.

Gift Cards/Certificates

Gift certificates are a great way to treat your loved ones to the gift of beauty and relaxation. Our gift certificates are available for purchase both in-store and online.

Gift certificates are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and can be used towards any service or product we offer. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable, but are transferrable. Gift certificates are not able to be used towards gratuity.

To redeem a gift certificate, please present it to our receptionist at the time of your appointment. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and any remaining balance will be applied as a credit towards future services.

Please keep your gift certificate in a safe place as we cannot replace lost or stolen certificates. Thank you for choosing our salon for your gift-giving needs.
